Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Wrong sizing
- Wrong quantities
Please check your cart before confirming an order. If you have mistakenly ordered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns for Faulty Products
We make the best efforts to quality control all items prior to dispatch.
If any item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, upon our own assessment of the product. We will provide you with shipping details for you to send it back to us free of charge. Please note we cannot refund faulty products prior to us receiving back the garments first.
Please also note that we will not accept any faulty returns after 10 business days of you receiving the item. We also cannot accept any items that have been washed, worn or tampered with.
If you have received item(s) that are not what you had ordered. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will rectify the situation, as well as provide free shipping to return the incorrectly received item(s).
