Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to the way the internal system works, we are unable to change/edit an order.
We can only refund/cancel your order so that you can place a new order.
If you need to change your order, please send a request to cancel your order to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours and we will refund you.
Where is my order?
Once shipped, we email out tracking codes for every item we send out. Please refer to the email to track your order once sent out. If you are missing the tracking code when marked as sent out please send an email to email@example.com
